I'm a Full Stack Developer and a soloproneur from India. Here I share what I've been working on lately and what I've learned along the way.
A few notes about me.
A few words about my work.
I’ve been working with Nikita for a long period and must say she is one of the hardest-working developers I know. Her attention to detail, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving skills are outside of this world. No matter what task she is working on, whether it’s technical or even a business development discussion, Nikita is always on top of it with innovative ideas and technical solutions. At every meeting, she comes with a smile on her face, bringing joy to the team and making the tasks we work on together simpler. Her components, algorithms and code snippets and PR's are professional, always on time, well thought out, planned and easy to read

Nikita is an ideal front-end engineer. She is a team player who respects others, whereas many engineers are solo players who often fail to communicate even when their skills are outstanding. Her problem-solving skills as a freelancer, which she developed, were very helpful to our team; while many members were free to proceed without a PM, she managed her own time and tasks, then thought for herself what was missing, wrote her own sweat equity, and took the initiative to make suggestions with her own hands. Her ability to make suggestions, solve problems, and communicate with the team was a great asset to our small team, and she never forgets to improve her own skills in new tasks. Also, she is a sincere and hard-working person, and her attitude of being logical and patient with others when things don't go her way is a maturity that young people can't easily achieve. I recommend Nikita not only as an engineer, but also as a team member!
